About the Role:
The Graphic Designer will support the creative development of our Snacks brands by assisting in the execution of packaging, branding, and visual design projects. This role is ideal for an emerging designer with strong foundational skills, a passion for design, and a desire to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The Graphic Designer will work closely with senior team members, gaining hands-on experience in brand development while contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Support - Assist in developing packaging designs, brand assets, and marketing materials under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Concept Development - Contribute to brainstorming sessions and explore creative solutions that align with brand strategies.
  • Production & Execution - Prepare design files for production, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with marketing, innovation, and commercialization teams to bring designs to life.
  • Trend & Market Research - Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to inspire new ideas.
  • Design Presentations - Help create presentation decks and visual storytelling materials for internal and external use.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in brand or packaging design (internships or entry-level experience will count toward total experience)
  • Portfolio link must be included on resume or application to be considered
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong design fundamentals - typography, layout, color, and composition
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to take feedback constructively
  • Strong organizational skills - ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

It Would Be Great If You Have:
Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or branding or art direction
Knowledge of pre-press and production processes
Previous experience in a design or creative agency

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$66,400-$91,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
