Injection Mold Setter- Entry level

We are seeking a dependable Mold Setup Operator to support production in a manufacturing environment. This role will assist with mold changes, machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining safe production operations.

Candidates with mechanical ability, manufacturing experience, or crane/forklift experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with mold changes and machine setup
  • Operate overhead cranes safely during mold changes
  • Support machine startups and basic adjustments
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
  • Inspect parts for quality
  • Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures
  • Maintain production records and work areas
  • Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
