Jack Henry is seeking an entry-level security professional with strong long-term growth potential. In this role, you will support security operations by monitoring systems, assisting with physical security, and notifying the appropriate teams when needed. You will follow established procedures to deliver professional responses for assigned key and critical physical infrastructure systems across Jack Henry facilities and properties. You will also coordinate customer site visits, including communication, logistics, and welcoming visitors when they arrive onsite to the Branson, MO Facility.
This position is ineligible for immigration sponsorship and support. Please do not apply if at any time you will need immigration support now or in the future (i.e., H-1B, PERM).
The salary range for this position is $18.00-$20.00 per hour and will be determined based on location and experience level.
All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
What you'll be responsible for:
  • Monitors multiple corporate security systems including but not limited to intrusion, fire, and BAS systems.
  • Creates work orders for requests and tracks the work order to ensure a timely and accurate resolution.
  • Responds to requests for access.
  • May process daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • May conduct foot patrols of company property to maintain employee safety, identify potential hazards and unsecured openings.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:
  • At least one year of experience in law enforcement, the military, asset protection, or security.
  • Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for customer communication.
  • Ability to walk up to five miles during a work shift.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% for team meetings, training, and site visits.
