Summary: This entry level position encompasses many duties, including sandblasting, part cleaning, and cut saw operation while ensuring the highest level of quality of all parts produced

Essential Functions

  • Follow production paperwork (work orders).
  • Sandblast brazed copper and welded aluminum components.
  • Deburr parts with drill press and clean parts coming from the brazing line.
  • Run cut saw station, including loading and unloading material to the machine or racks, setting up the saw to specified lengths, cutting and stacking materials as outlined by work orders.
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of efficiency and quality in work produced.
  • Demonstrate safety awareness, good workmanship practices, and continuous improvement.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Production experience a plus.
  • Some computer skills needed.
  • Ability to work in a high heat environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills needed.
  • Must be available to work overtime hours on a shift or mandatory Friday overtime.

Education Requirements

  • High School equivalent and 18 years of age

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift as much as 50 lbs. several times a day.
  • Must be able to stand for the vast majority of the shift.
  • Must be able to perform manual work in a non-climate-controlled factory setting.

Shift Details

1st Shift is M-TH, 4 X 10-hour shifts, 6:30 am – 5:00 pm.

All employees are expected to work overtime hours as needed.
Overtime is typically twice a month on Fridays and are 8-hour shifts.
