We’re hiring an entry-level Controls Technician to join our startup and service team. If you’re technical curious, hands-on, and ready to hit the road, this role gives you a front-row seat to seeing control systems come to life.

What You’ll be Doing:

· Assist in assembling and modifying control panels

· Support field installations – mounting, wiring, and terminations

· Perform instrumentation calibration (level, flow, pressure, etc.)

· Conduct I/O checks and assist in system startup

· Use meters and tools to troubleshoot technical issues onsite

· Terminate and test fiber optic and Ethernet CAT5 cables

· Log into PLCs and interpret live system data

· Represent Southern Flow during startup and service visits

What You Bring:

· 0-2 years of experience or strong technical aptitude

· Understanding of basic electrical theory and wiring diagrams

· Familiarity with Window OS, Microsoft 365, and AutoCAD

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Willingness and eagerness to travel
