Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily accounting operations across multiple departments
  • Process AP/AR, bank deposits, and account reconciliations
  • Assist with schedule maintenance and monthly financial statement preparation
  • Review deal jackets for accuracy and compliance
  • Work closely with the Controller and Office Manager to learn dealership accounting workflows
  • Help maintain accurate records for inventory, flooring, and manufacturer statements
