Position Overview

Gill Construction is looking for a dependable Construction Helper to join our team. This is an entry-level position for someone who wants to learn the trades and gain real jobsite experience.

You'll work alongside experienced carpenters and trades, helping keep projects moving and learning how residential remodeling projects are built from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist carpenters, trades, and supervisors with jobsite tasks
  • Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
  • Assist with demolition and basic construction tasks
  • Support remodeling and new construction activities
