PC Technician

Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Position Overview

The PC Configuration Technician is responsible for preparing and configuring technology equipment prior to deployment. This includes following documented procedures to ensure devices are set up accurately, tested for functionality, and prepared for shipment. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow documented procedures to provision, configure, and prepare technology devices for deployment.
  • Assemble and package equipment according to project or business requirements.
  • Unbox, inspect, repackage, and process equipment for shipment.
  • Clean, test, and verify equipment functionality prior to deployment.
  • Escalate technical or operational issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and project discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
