Mr. Splash Car Wash is looking for a Highly Skilled Membership Support Specialist!


As the face of the company, the Membership Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations as well as delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. This position is vital to the success of our stores by providing outstanding service, promoting Unlimited Wash Plans, and maintaining a clean and efficient site.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Operate car wash tunnel equipment effectively and efficiently.
  • Always provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain site cleanliness and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with the team in a Fast-Paced, Fun Environment.
  • Duties also include but not limited to, cleaning tunnel windows, pressure washing the tunnel floor and walls, cleaning the pit, sweeping parking lots, emptying trash and vacuum traps. Stock vending supplies.     
  • Completing other duties directed by management.

Work Conditions:

  • Membership Support Specialists need to be physically fit and are expected to work in all types of weather. Work shifts are typically 4-8 hours long and may include evenings and weekends. Staff may be required to wear their own clothes (excluding what is required by Mr. Splash Car Wash) that are appropriate for the working conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service preferred but not essential.    
  • Vehicle cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required.     
  • Entry-level car washers are normally trained on the job by more experienced workers.
