Position OverviewWe are seeking a Repair Specialist to perform inspection, repair, assembly, disassembly, testing, and packaging of mobile phones and similar electronic devices. This role supports production goals related to quality, quality, and turnaround time in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of electronic repair experience (phones, computers, or similar devices)
  • Experience with assembly, disassembly, and testing
  • Ability to identify electronic components and cosmetic/functional defects
  • Experience using hand and power tools (electric/manual screwdrivers, suction cups, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with production environments and 5S standards
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift
  • Frequent bending, squatting, and reaching

  • Repair, assemble, and reassemble electronic devices using manual and mechanical tools
  • Perform required functional and cosmetic testing
  • Follow work instructions and ESD safety procedures
  • Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming or failed units
  • Support scrap control and proper material disposition
  • Set up and organize materials at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstations (5S standards)
  • Meet production yield and quality targets
  • Report safety, quality, or equipment issues immediately
  • Assist with continuous process improvement
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years working in electronic repair.
Accept a background check to be performed
Authorized to work in the US
Accept a drug test to be performed
Stay on your feet for 8 hour shifts

Knowledge in: Performing process assembly, disassembly and testing operations
Knowledge in: Knowledgeable of cosmetic and functional standards and defects for whole units as well as small internal parts
Knowledge in: Ability to identify electrical components in a cell phone or computers
Knowledge in: Experience with component tooling such as electric screwdrivers, manual screwdriver, suction cups, etc
Knowledge in: Ability to troubleshoot issues on a technical level
