Job description

Seeking reliable and hardworking Assembly & Disassembly Crew Members to support our Crane Department with the setup and breakdown of hydraulic and crawler cranes across a variety of job sites.

This position is hands-on and requires regular travel. While some weeks may be local, overnight stays are required depending on project location. We are an industry leader in providing competitive pay based on experience, along with one of the best employee benefits packages in the industry.

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting with the assembly and disassembly of hydraulic and crawler cranes under supervision
  • Using hand tools to install, remove, and adjust pins, fasteners, and other crane components
  • Working in various weather and jobsite conditions
  • Taking direction from the Assembly & Disassembly Supervisor
  • Traveling to and from job sites with the crew in a company-provided vehicle
  • Accurately tracking time and tasks using a company-issued tablet and ATOM software

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry and move 50 to 70 pounds during working hours
  • Comfortable climbing and working at heights between 10-15 feet
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Available to work evenings, nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Willingness to perform physically demanding labor
  • Must be available to frequently travel out of town
  • Able to work safely and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Dependable and detail-oriented
  • Must currently have a Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the NC Yard
  • Prior crane experience (a plus, but certainly not required)
