We're looking for a motivated, well-organized Warehouse Worker to join our team at the Hopkins location. As a Warehouse Worker at r.World, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and sustainably. This role is perfect for entry-level candidates who are passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a mission-driven culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload cups from collection bins with precision and care.
  • Organize and sort dirty cups for washing, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Operate a commercial dishwasher to wash and sanitize cups to our high standards.
  • Inspect products to maintain quality and presentation.
  • Pack and stack clean products into bins for seamless delivery to customers.
  • Report any equipment issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. of equipment as needed.
  • Ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and available for use.
  • Collaborate with team members and demonstrate a "getting the job done" attitude.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a positive mindset.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment as a valuable team player.


Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
