Job Description

As a Fabricator, you will have the opportunity to join a family-owned company that values appreciation and respect. You will play a crucial role in creating customized structures using polyethylene pipe, contributing to a market-leading provider of end-to-end piping solutions. Entry level opportunity to get into the trades- Full-time/permanent position

Shifts Available: 2nd shift Monday-Thursday

Pay Rate: $20-$23/hour to start

Must be able to read a tape measure

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble polyethylene pipe to create customized structures.
• Begin with small type fabrication and progress to more complex work.
• Assemble small polyethylene fabrications according to fabrication drawings.
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, product drawings, and pick ticket orders to determine required materials, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members, take initiative, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Demonstrate basic tool knowledge and measuring skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

**Previous fabrication experience is not required. Candidates with construction, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, landscaping, automotive, or mechanical experience are encouraged to apply.**

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
