Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Join Our Team as a Key Office Support Specialist!
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping others? We're looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our office and a vital part of our daily operations. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive environment-whether you're experienced or just starting out!
What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact-greet visitors and manage front desk responsibilities with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle incoming calls and route them to the right team members.
  • Accurately scan, enter, and review important documents.
  • Sort and distribute mail and invoices to keep things running smoothly.
  • Support legal documentation processes with clerical precision.
  • Collaborate with client service and medical records teams to send requests and follow up on medical/billing records.
  • Take on additional administrative tasks to support the team as needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior office or clerical experience is a plus-but if you're tech-savvy and eager to learn, we'll train you!
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication-both written and verbal-and a friendly phone presence.
  • A reliable, self-motivated team player who enjoys helping clients and working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
  • Pay: $18-$19/hour
  • Schedule Options:
    • Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
    • Part-time: Monday-Friday, 9:00 or 10:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Location: 100% in-office in Bloomington
