Our unique 1-year Sales Training program at UpRight University will provide you with the career building sales executive training to be successful and take your career to the next level.
What you'll do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact between UpRight Law and individuals seeking financial freedom
  • Maximize the number of committed individuals by actively listening to their needs, offering a solution, and getting them excited to make a change today
  • Partner with our inside sales representatives to ensure that our customers receive thorough and empathetic service

What you won't do:
  • Cold call - our sourcing team receives marketing leads and only hands them off to you once they've been pre-qualified
  • Suffer from boredom - your coworkers are a social bunch who are passionate about helping others
  • Max out - commissions are uncapped and we LOVE to promote from within
