Job description

Job Summary:
The Farmer's Dog is on a mission to revolutionize pet health with personalized dog food subscription services. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of complex systems and features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance the engineering culture through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex systems and features, from planning through maintenance, ensuring long-term sustainability
• Improve team execution by refining processes, tools, on-call rotations, and practices that raise the bar for everyone.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to shape strategy and achieve our goals
• Contribute to our engineering culture and mentor the team through knowledge sharing, feedback, and design and incident reviews
• Work our stack (TypeScript, Node.js, React, OpenAPI, AWS), but embrace learning and applying new tools as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
