Compensation

Base pay starts at $22.00-$27.00 per hour depending on experience, with additional earning opportunities through performance incentives, commissions, and bonuses. Most technicians earn $25.00-$40.00+ per hour total compensation, with top performers regularly earning $70,000-$90,000+ annually.

What You'll Do

Provide professional carpet, upholstery, tile, and specialty surface cleaning services inside residential homes using professional equipment and proven cleaning processes. You'll deliver high-quality results, communicate clearly with customers about services performed, maintain equipment and work areas, and create a positive customer experience without high-pressure sales expectations.

Training & Requirements

No prior carpet cleaning experience is required for the right candidate. We provide paid, hands-on training and support. Experience in trades, construction, HVAC, maintenance, restoration, warehouse operations, moving, detailing, landscaping, or other physically active environments is helpful but not required. Candidates should enjoy physical work, be comfortable using equipment and tools, hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be able to represent the company professionally in customers' homes.
