Ylopo, LLC is a leading real estate technology company that provides advanced digital marketing solutions to real estate agents and brokers. We are looking for a highly skilled LSA and GBP Specialist to join our team and help us optimize Local Service Ads campaigns and Google Business Profiles for our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize Local Service Ads campaigns, driving lead generation and conversion for real estate clients.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Local Service Ads and Google Business Profiles for our clients, staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop and execute effective Local Service Ads strategies for clients.
  • Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients, as well as recommend ongoing optimizations and improvements.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed in a timely and efficient manner, working closely with the Operations team.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Local Service Ads or Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with clients via phone, email, and text message.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of Local Service Ads and Google Business Profile best practices and policies, as well as trends in the real estate industry.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in the real estate industry or a related field.
  • Familiarity with real estate lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Experience with project management and workflow tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with Google PMAX campaigns
