We are hiring ambitious and highly motivated Sales Development Representatives to support the growth of our corporate sales team within the within the international payments, cross-border payments, and FX industry.

This is an entry-level to early-career sales role focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and creating qualified opportunities for Business Development Managers. 

We are looking for energetic candidates who thrive in fast-paced sales environments and are eager to build a long-term career in fintech, payments, or financial services sales. 

Core Objectives 
  • Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for BDMs 
  • Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels 
  • Identify businesses with international payment, cross-border payment, and FX needs
  • Build and maintain prospect lists and pipeline activity in CRM   
  • Quality leads based on business fit and opportunity potential  
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams

Required
  • 2+ years of lead generation, customer-facing, or sales experience preferred; however, entry-level and early-career candidates will also be considered
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and outreach

  • Coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales
