About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing recent bachelor's degree graduate to join our team
on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on
experience in business development, client relations, sales, procurement outreach, and social
media marketing within the IT staffing industry.
The selected candidate will represent our company by visiting potential clients, procurement
offices, hiring managers, and business contacts, introducing our company and services, building
relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit potential clients, procurement offices, hiring managers, and business contacts to introduce our company and services.
• Meet with procurement teams, managers, and decision-makers to develop new business relationships.
• Present information about our IT staffing and recruiting services in a professional manner.
• Identify potential business opportunities and communicate them to the management team.
• Follow up contacts after meetings and maintain professional business relationships.
• Help research companies, organizations, and procurement opportunities that may require staffing services.
• Represent the company professionally during in-person meetings and networking activities.
• Maintain a record of client visits, contacts, follow-ups, and potential opportunities.
• Assist the management team with business development and client outreach activities.
• Occasionally create or assist with social media content for the company&LinkedIn and other company pages.
• Help prepare simple posts, company updates, employee highlights, recruiting content, and business-related content for social media.
• Perform basic office and administrative work when needed.
Qualifications
• Recent bachelor's degree graduate or graduating student preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business managers, procurement professionals, and company representatives.
