If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, outbound appointment setting, or inside sales, or you're a college student or recent graduate looking to gain real-world business and sales experience, we encourage you to apply.


This is an entry-level Business Development Representative role with paid training, performance bonuses, and some growth opportunities.


As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business expansion throughout the Western, Southern, and Midwestern United States, working directly with companies that have staffing and hiring challenges.

What You'll Do as a Business Development Representative:

  • Make 100 outbound phone calls per day to prospective business clients
  • Set appointments with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Schedule appointments using Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Use a CRM system to manage leads and track activity
  • Research local markets and launch email and phone outreach campaigns


Business Development Representative Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and desire to meet performance goals
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus (customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, sales)
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with professionals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new systems and sales tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Coachable, motivated, and willing to learn


Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Full-time position


Pay & Incentives:

  • $20 per hour
  • $150 monthly performance bonus based on metrics
  • $20 per appointment kept
  • Hourly pay increases are available after 3 months of consistent performance
  • Additional hourly pay increases are available after 6 months
