Job description

We are looking for someone who is analytical and communicates effectively with people on their team and outside of it as well. You must also have good interpersonal skills for working together towards common goals. You must be able to plan strategically.
This is an entry level position with growth opportunity. Base - $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience + commission 

Responsibilities

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Social Media
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Support the sales team by preparing presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage client information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project management and execution.
  • Participate in negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and competitor activities.
