Job description

WithMe, Inc. is expanding its Business Development team and seeking Business Development Representatives to work onsite full-time in our Scottsdale, AZ office. As a BDR, you'll play a key role in driving WithMe's growth by generating qualified leads, connecting with prospects, and creating new business opportunities for our Sales organization.

This position pays $22.50 - $30.00/hour depending on experience and is eligible to earn commission. On Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is expected to result in an annualized earning of $75,000 - $95,000, depending on the base pay rate and the commission earned. 

What You'll Do

  • Prospect new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and readiness for Sales engagement.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls, ensuring high-quality handoffs to Sales representatives.
  • Manage daily activity goals and maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Collaborate with regional and national sales teams to align outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Continuously refine messaging and approach based on industry trends and prospect feedback.
