Job description

Our client is a well-established Hedge Fund seeking a Business Development Coordinator (HYBRID) to assist in the administrative, and talent aspects of the HR department. This role focuses on onboarding, sourcing, and recruiting talent to the firm. This role provides an opportunity to work with the HR department and the opportunity to work in a comprehensive role supporting in an HR and administration function.

Job Duties:

Manage calendars, conference calls, book appointments and conference rooms for the HR professionals

Book travel and create itineraries for candidates, including hotel, and car service

Liaise between drug and background check vendors

Post open role to job boards

Act as point of contact between hiring managers and recruiting firms

Manage the ATS and HRIS for the division

Onboard new hires, including setting up and putting together new hire packets and creating onboarding workflows

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree required

1-3 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably with HR exposure

Strong multi-tasking ability

Ability to build relationships with vendors, clients, and brokers

Strong communication skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Superior time management skills
