We work closely with management to provide them the time, talent and resources the company needs to execute on its mission and vision.
We are active investors providing advice, consulting and access to our network. We do not operate the company on a day-to-day basis; therefore, we require the appropriate reporting and control structures, as well as strong management teams.
Forest Hills Capital's investors include entrepreneurs, family offices, multi-family offices, hedge fund and private equity managers, and other accredited investors investing their individual capital into transactions.
Job Description
The Opportunity
Forest Hills Capital has immediate openings for private equity business development sales professionals to join our high performing team and represent our firm with family offices, high net worth individuals and business owners.
The Role
As a member of our business development team:
  • You will use our vast network of current clients and our unequaled data sources of potential clients primarily utilizing phone, email and social media
  • You will draw upon your personal experience managing business opportunities and workflow using a CRM system.
  • You will be goal-oriented, and enjoy setting and beating quotas.
  • You will regularly network and collaborate with industry professionals.
  • You will work as a member of a team whose growth has been achieved through the development of a collaborative strategy and individual achievements.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years' experience in sales or business development role
  • Sales and Marketing, Account Management, Prospecting and Cold Calling, Social media
  • Excellent English writing and oral communication skills
  • Resourceful and creative
  • Proven performance in managing and growing business relationships
  • Ability to engage directly with business, political, academic and media leaders
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of M&A, restructuring and financing is a plus

Additional Information
Remuneration - Base salary commensurate with experience plus commissions.
