FieldPulse is looking for a Business Development - Private Equity to help expand our strategic relationships within the private equity space. Private equity has become much more prevalent in field services and FieldPulse is looking to serve the Private Equity entities for their entire field service portfolio. This role will focus on building partnerships with private equity firms and introducing FieldPulse across their portfolio companies.
You'll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities and drive enterprise-level conversations. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in relationship-driven sales, enjoys building strategic partnerships, and is excited about helping scale a high-growth SaaS company.

What You'll Do:
  • Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms and portfolio company leaders
  • Identify opportunities to introduce FieldPulse across PE-backed organizations
  • Own and manage a strategic pipeline of enterprise sales opportunities
  • Lead discovery calls, executive presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Leadership teams
  • Develop account strategies that drive long-term growth and expansion
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM tools
  • Represent FieldPulse at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Stay informed on trends within private equity, M&A activity, and the field service industry

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience working with private equity firms or PE-backed companies preferred
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred
  • Familiarity with field service or home services industries is a plus
