Job description

As a Project Management Administrator, you will support the project management team in the areas of job preparation, answering phone calls and general questions, collecting and deciphering the information to enter the data in preparation for billing.
This is an entry-level position, great for someone looking to get their foot in the door and build a career. This role is very fast-faced and will offer a lot of variety. This position is right in the middle of our workflow and will ensure that things move quickly.

Responsibilities
Greet all office guests and respond to phone calls
Manage, clean, and organize the front desk and reception area.
Collect and sort all mail and packages, deliver them.
Some cleaning, kitchen, sweeping floors as needed.
Stock supplies in the copy machine area and maintain general office supplies
Assist with company Events, set ups.
Intake job assignments and start the workflow process.
Prepare work packets, ensuring the right information is in the right place and can easily flow through the workflow.
Add details to overall job tracker and scheduler, ensuring all information is precise.
Support the project managers in data entry for reporting and billing efforts and enter digital formats
Other duties assigned by Managers.
Requirements
High attention to detail
Self-disciplined to follow tasks daily.
Computer literacy- Base knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel)
Adaptable to meeting changing business needs throughout the year.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills and follow through.
Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
