Job Summary

We are currently expanding and looking for driven, coachable individuals to join our remote sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided no prior experience required.

In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, help them understand their life insurance options, and guide them through the enrollment process using a proven system.

We provide warm leads, hands-on training, and a clear path for growth into leadership roles. If you are motivated, disciplined, and ready to take control of your income, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients virtually to review life insurance and supplemental benefit options
  • Educate individuals and families on coverage that fits their needs and budget
  • Work with company-provided leads to schedule and conduct appointments (no cold calling)
  • Follow a structured sales system and training program to guide client conversations
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and build strong client relationships
  • Track personal performance metrics and strive to meet or exceed goals
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn and follow a proven system
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
