Job description

Private Jet Charter Broker (Experienced Only) Remote or Boca Raton Office

Thrust Aviation is seeking experienced Private Jet Charter Brokers with an active book of business to join our team. This role can be fully remote or based out of our Boca Raton, Florida office, depending on your preference.

This position is strictly for professionals with direct charter sales experience on the broker side — not for operations, dispatchers, quoting agents, or individuals working only under a Part 135 operator.

Position Summary

We are hiring charter brokers with an active book of business who are ready to scale with a team that understands sales. If you're tired of wearing multiple hats, chasing quotes, or lacking the backend to properly support your clients, this is your opportunity.

In addition to on-demand charter, our brokers gain access to a broader suite of services including aircraft sales, aircraft management, fuel programs, and aircraft parts procurement through our own companies. This allows you to grow beyond a single revenue stream and position yourself as a full-service aviation advisor, increasing your value to clients and your overall earning potential.

About Thrust Aviation

Thrust Aviation is a U.S.-based private aviation company specializing in on-demand private jet charter, aircraft management, and aircraft sales. Founded in 2019, we’ve earned a reputation for exceptional service, transparent pricing, and operational excellence.

We are proud to be one of only 14 ARGUS Certified Charter Brokers in the United States, a designation that confirms our financial strength, regulatory compliance, and structured internal systems.

We’re a growing, fast-moving company building a world-class team of professionals who share a passion for aviation, sales performance, and long-term client relationships.

Why Join Thrust Aviation

  • ✅ Expand your income potential . Our group of companies gives you the ability to offer more than just charter. You’ll be able to sell aircraft, offer management solutions, and provide fuel and aircraft procurement services, dramatically increasing your earning potential and value to clients.

  • ✅ You sell, we handle operations. No quoting, sourcing, catering, or logistics. Our full ops team handles everything behind the scenes so you can focus purely on client relationships and closing deals.

  • ✅ Your clients stay yours. If it’s not a fit, your client list and contact data will be deleted from our systems. We do not retain or pursue your clients, this is written into our agreements.

  • ✅ We’re ARGUS Certified. One of just 14 charter brokers in the U.S. to meet this standard, reflecting our commitment to financial stability, transparency, and process-driven service.

  • ✅ Grow beyond charter. Expand into aircraft sales, management, or fuel/parts procurement. We support brokers who want to diversify and grow their portfolio.

  • ✅ Top-tier tech. Our CRM and backend systems are designed for speed, organization, and elevated service. You’ll spend less time on admin and more time selling.

Who This Role is NOT For
  • ❌ If your only experience is quoting or scheduling trips at a Part 135 operator

  • ❌ If you've never personally closed charter trips or managed client accounts

  • ❌ If you don’t currently have client relationships that could convert

  • ❌ If you're looking for an ops, dispatch, or entry-level role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow your own portfolio of private charter clients

  • Respond to inbound leads and re-engage past prospects

  • Close charter trips with support from our full-service operations team

  • Maintain organized pipeline activity within our CRM

We offer two earning tracks for qualified candidates:

  • ✅ Commission-only, for high performers with an active book of business and volume

  • ✅ Base + commission, available only for select candidates with documented sales history
