JSET Automated Technologies is hiring a Project Coordinator to support high-impact data center, electrical construction, and automation projects across the United States.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in project coordination, construction operations, and mission-critical infrastructure.

You'll work directly with Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, and customers to support project execution, compliance, and documentation-building the foundation for a long-term career in project management, construction, or engineering.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Administrative Support
  • Support daily operations of active construction and automation projects
  • Maintain project documentation, logs, and tracking systems (Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet)
  • Assist with project setup, reporting, and status tracking
  • Coordinate meetings, notes, and follow-up deliverables
  • Ensure project files are accurate, organized, and up to date
Customer Compliance & Data Center Access
  • Assist with employee and subcontractor onboarding for client site access
  • Track compliance requirements such as:
    • Background checks
    • Badge/access requests
    • Training and documentation
  • Support onboarding requirements for high-security, mission-critical client environments
  • Track access expiration dates and coordinate offboarding
  • Assist with access tracking, equipment return coordination, and documentation management
  • Maintain accurate records for client-specific compliance and restricted-access projects
Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination
  • Collect and track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and compliance documentation
  • Maintain subcontractor onboarding records
  • Follow up on missing documentation with vendors
  • Support compliance platforms (e.g., Avetta, BuildingConnected, Lockton)
Document Control & Data Management
  • Manage digital project records across shared systems
  • Upload, organize, and maintain compliance and project files
  • Track licenses, registrations, and documentation requirements
  • Ensure controlled access and version accuracy
Project Financial & Tracking Support
  • Assist with project tracking in Procore
  • Support documentation for:
    • Labor tracking
    • Purchase orders
    • Change orders
  • Maintain logs for project milestones, warranty tracking, and customer requests
Process & Team Support
  • Support internal teams with documentation, information gathering, and tracking needs
  • Assist in improving administrative processes and workflows
  • Ensure project information is organized and communicated effectively
  • Provide general administrative support across project and operations teams
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in:
    • Construction Management
    • Business
    • Engineering
    • Project Management
    • or related field
  • Recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Internship, co-op, or administrative experience in construction or technical environments is a plus
Skills & Abilities
