Department: Engineering & Automation

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Entry Level Controls Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to develop their expertise in industrial automation and control systems. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers to design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain automated control systems that drive our manufacturing and production operations. This role requires strong proficiency in PLC programming and electrical systems, combined with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.

Key ResponsibilitiesPLC Programming & Development
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for various automation systems using platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar industrial controllers
  • Write and debug ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams to control machinery and processes
  • Assist in the design and implementation of control system architectures for new equipment installations and facility upgrades
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all PLC programs, including logic descriptions, I/O lists, and revision histories
  • Perform system testing and validation to ensure programs meet specifications and safety requirements
  • Support the integration of PLCs with HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems and SCADA platforms
Electrical Systems Design & Support
  • Read, interpret, and create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical or similar software
  • Support the installation, commissioning, and startup of electrical control system
