Position Overview
We are looking for someone interested in working in a fun and fast paced environment, who will oversee scheduling and the technical aspects of our post-production process to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time. Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be collaborating and managing all aspects of the workflow for the post pipeline. Quality control is a major aspect of this position; must review and approve all elements to ensure delivery standards are met. Keeping meticulous records on a timely basis and performing the transfer of media as requested are additional duties.
Requirements for this role:
  • Requires complete knowledge of the entire post-production workflow, including editing, sound design, visual effects, color grading, and mastering.

  • Must be familiar with: Adobe Pr, Adobe Ae & Davinci Resolve, additional post-production apps are a bonus

  • Comprehensive understanding of video and audio file formats for delivery specifications and compatibility issues

  • Proven experience delivering content to digital and network specifications

  • Team player

  • Client Advocate; working continuously to manage supportive client relationships.

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Attention to detail mindset

  • Ability to be resourceful in finding solutions when experiencing technical problems

  • Experience with video quality control

Nice to Have Qualifications
  • Basic editing experience

  • Color grading experience

  • Experience with vfx, sound design & general audio prep

  • Vendor negotiation skills

  • Extensive experience with Mac

  • Experience with Monday.com a plus

Responsibilities of this role:
  • Lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts

  • Management of complex projects with multiple deadlines and deliverables

  • Manage project budgets

  • Collaboration with the Production team, and create a culture of excellence

  • Transfer Media if necessary

  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays if needed

Work schedule:
  • Hybrid position - requires time in our Salt Lake City office Tuesday through Thursday, with other days remote
