Your Impact

This part-time, onsite Rover role exists to keep our cultivation environment clean, safe, and ready for consistent outputโ€”work that directly protects product quality and patient trust. Youโ€™ll rotate where needed across cultivation and post-production, building hands-on experience while supporting a high-performance team.
Key responsibilities:
- Support bucking, trimming, garden defoliation, and general cleaning as assigned
- Complete weekly deep cleans of flower rooms: remove debris, then sanitize thoroughly
- Assist post-production each Monday and help cover side tasks across departments
Required skills/qualifications:
- Physical stamina; able to bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift
- Comfortable using ladders for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail for cleaning/sanitizing
- Positive communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn cultivation basics
