We are a very client-driven group of professionals that take pride in being better than those that are bigger than us. The 3PL business is a “sky is the limit” industry that continues to see massive growth as brick-and-mortar businesses continue to transition to a direct-to-consumer model.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Entry-Level Assembler who is bilingual in Spanish and English. This position involves hands-on assembly work using basic tools and requires strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts and products according to instructions and quality standards

• Use hand and power tools, including drills, heat guns, and screwdrivers, safely and efficiently

• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure accuracy and quality

• Follow verbal and written instructions in both Spanish and English

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high attention to detail

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required

• Basic experience using tools such as drills, heat guns, and screwdrivers

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Entry-level candidates' welcome; on-the-job training provided

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
