Job description

We are seeking a motivated individual who is ready to learn and contribute to a mission of global importance. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturing & Packaging Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing and cleanroom environment to produce, weigh, sample, and package life sciences products (including Bioprocess Containers). This position requires a strong commitment to safety, strict adherence to quality compliance (cGMP/SOPs), and an eagerness to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.
Shifts and Pay:
NIGHTS - 7:30pm to 6am M-Th $18.40/Hr
Responsibilities:
• Manufacture, assemble, and inspect products according to detailed instructions.
• Operate machinery and use various hand tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure product quality.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to meet production goals.
• Participate in our continuous improvement and Lean activities.
Skills:
• Experience: Two years of production experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person.
• Problem-Solving: Great problem-solving abilities are a plus.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills are a bonus
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Attention to Detail: You must have ability to follow complex procedures and ensure a high level of accuracy.
• Teamwork: A solid track record of working effectively in a team is essential.
• Physical: You must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated cleanroom environment.
• English Proficiency
• Cleanroom Compliance: Strict adherence to cleanroom gowning protocols is mandatory. This includes wearing gloves, hair/beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses. No personal piercings, jewelry, makeup, perfume, or painted/fake nails are permitted in the cleanroom environment.
