The Assembly Technician ensures the safe, proper and timely completion of each job, and is able to work through project related issues with their team members. They gather, analyze and report on data and other miscellaneous tasks as required.
A successful Assembly Technician communicates clearly and effectively with team members, is mindful of project updates and changes, and works effectively with their leader to ensure the success of all projects. They proactively plan for upcoming work.
Initiative to learn new skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, ability to problem solve and work through high stress situations is required.
