Gun assemblers often work as part of a production team and may specialize in certain types of firearms or assembly processes.

In a gun assembly role, common challenges include maintaining strict attention to detail, adhering to safety protocols, and meeting production deadlines. New employees may find it challenging to quickly learn the technical aspects of assembling various firearm components while ensuring each unit passes quality inspections.
