The Account Representative communicates directly with customers to win the scheduling of in-home demonstrations of our products, and make direct-to-consumer sales of products. This position sources and follows up on sales and customer leads from various sources, working with various scripts and product information provided. Must develop a strong product knowledge, and communicate effectively and confidently with customers, installers, and operations. • Coordinates across multiple business functions and departments to schedule demonstration and installation appointments nationwide. • Uses a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. • Completes various periodic and recurrent career development and skills training sessions. • Focuses on qualifying inbound and outbound inquiries and converting them to appointments. • Sources new sales opportunities through lead follow-up. • Manages prospects through all stages of the appointment setting cycle. • Have a sales mentality, be able to overcome objections. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
