Role & Responsibilities

As the Porter your responsibilities will include:

  • General cleaning of Interior and exterior apartment buildings, grounds, amenities, and leasing offices
  • Assist with turnover cleaning as needed.
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks such as bulb replacements, lighting Inspections, etc.
  • Participate in snow removal efforts.
