Job description

We are seeking motivated and reliable professionals to join our apartment maintenance team. We work with apartment communities of all sizes and are hiring for a variety of maintenance-related positions, including Make Ready Technicians, Groundskeepers, Maintenance Technicians, Lead Maintenance Technicians, and HVAC-certified professionals.

Apartment maintenance team members are responsible for helping maintain the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of residential communities. Duties may include:

  • Completing apartment turns (make readies) between residents
  • Performing general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry
  • Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems (depending on certification and experience)
  • Completing preventative maintenance tasks
  • Responding to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining community grounds and common areas
  • Assisting with appliance repairs and installations
  • Ensuring vacant and occupied units meet company standards
  • Following safety procedures and company policies
  • Supporting property management teams with daily maintenance operations

We are looking for individuals with varying levels of experience, from entry-level maintenance personnel to experienced maintenance professionals. HVAC certification, EPA certification, apartment industry experience, and specialized skills are a plus but may not be required for all positions.
