Position Overview

The Entry-Level Marketing Associate supports stabilized multifamily communities through ongoing marketing audits, performance monitoring, digital listing oversight, and data tracking. This role is highly detail-oriented and task-driven, focused on maintaining consistency across marketing platforms while identifying opportunities to improve property visibility and performance.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, executing structured tasks, maintaining organization, and improving outcomes through analysis and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Audits & Property Oversight

  • Conduct recurring marketing audits across stabilized communities to ensure consistency and accuracy across all digital platforms
  • Review and evaluate:
  • Pricing, concessions, and messaging alignment across ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.)
  • Image quality and listing consistency
  • Website content, SEO presence, and user experience gaps
  • Identify discrepancies and communicate actionable recommendations to marketing leadership and onsite teams

Data Tracking & Performance Monitoring

  • Maintain and update marketing performance trackers, including ad spend, vendor performance, and cost metrics
  • Analyze property-level performance trends related to:
  • Paid media (ILS, PPC, social media)
  • Lead generation sources

  • Identify underperforming assets or channels and escalate findings appropriately
