About the Opportunity:


You will be a vital part of our production team, ensuring our precision-machined components meet the highest standards. This is a hands-on position for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who is eager to contribute to the success of a top-tier manufacturing operation. We have openings for motivated CNC Machinists. If you are a recent graduate who has successfully completed a CNC Machining Program, this is an exceptional opportunity to launch your career. You will collaborate closely with an inspiring team of seasoned machinists and engineers, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a supportive environment

Location: Whitesboro, NY (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC and/or EDM machinery.
  • Performing in-process quality inspections using precision measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height stands, and indicators).
  • Following all quality assurance and safety procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Managing and completing work orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Performing routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and restocking materials, to ensure optimal performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work effectively during your required shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Experience with polishing is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation role is a plus,
  • We strongly encourage motivated individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided for entry-level candidates.

Working Conditions:

  • Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
