Purpose of the role The Flight Support Manager is responsible for building, leading, and continuously optimizing the Flight Support department to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations. The role provides managerial, technical, and procedural oversight of flight support activities, ensuring all routes, aerodromes, aircraft performance data, and regulatory requirements are properly managed and integrated into daily operations. Main tasks of the role...

* Establish, implement, and maintain Flight Support processes covering aircraft mass and balance, performance data, navigation databases, and EFB systems. * Oversee route, area, and aerodrome categorisation in accordance with OM‐C. * Manage aircraft navigation data and ensure timely updates across the operational fleet.

* Coordinate Flight Operations activities related to addition and removal of aircraft. * Supervise post‐flight documentation processes. * Manage and monitor performance degradation processes for each aircraft, including establishing baselines for new aircraft entering the fleet.

* Produce and publish quarterly performance degradation reports for management. * Ensure flight operations documentation (manuals, procedures, instructions) is kept current and distributed correctly. * Establish, document, and maintain the Flight Support Manual.

* Manage daily Flight Support activities based on operational requirements and ensure effective flow of technical information to all stakeholders. ...and responsibilities * Overall responsibility for the Flight Support function, including staffing, budgeting, and operational readiness. * Ensure sufficient manpower and competency levels to support the operational programme.

* Own and manage the Flight Support budget. * Ensure integrity, accuracy, and validity of all Flight Support data and information. * Supervise weight and balance processes and ensure system accuracy controls are maintained.

* Ensure computerised load and trim sheet accuracy checks are performed at least every six months, for new aircraft, or following any relevant data change. * Act with delegated authority from the Operations Manager and in accordance with regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements. What we're looking for * Relevant aeronautical, technical, or aviation management education, or equivalent professional background.

* Significant experience in Flight Operations Engineering and/or Flight Support management. * Fluent in spoken and written English. * Experience with Jeppesen JDM, OPT, and MyBoeingFleet.

* Familiarity with Boeing PET, BCOP, and BPS. * Experience with Flightkeys is an advantage. * Experience in seasonal slot and traffic rights management is an advantage.
