Therapy Aide
Autumn Lake Healthcare at Oak Manor – Burtonsville, MD
$14.00–$17.15/hour

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Therapy Aide for an entry-level role in a skilled nursing facility. This position supports daily rehab operations and helps maintain a smooth, efficient environment for resident care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with moving residents to and from scheduled sessions
  • Prepare and reset treatment areas throughout the day
  • Support staff during sessions with basic tasks as needed
  • Keep equipment clean and properly stored
  • Maintain an organized and ready-to-use therapy space

Qualifications:

  • Reliable with strong attendance
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Patient and respectful when interacting with residents
  • Able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

No experience required; training provided.
