Plans, performs and implements Artificial Intelligence use cases (such as conversation AI chatbot for Q&A). Develops metrics that provide data for productivity increase measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root causes of problems. Diagrams and evaluates existing processes, measures performance against process requirements and aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Uses Agile methodologies to deliver new capabilities and business value. Works to design new processes, create design documentation, software specifications, testing/training scenarios, build communication campaigns, and launch new applications. Participates in new functionality estimation, analysis, design, and development of application requirements by working closely with multi-functional teams such as Sales, HR, Finance, and Procurement partners. Build quality applications and participate in quality improvement efforts. May telecommute part-time.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
