JOB SUMMARY
Communications internship position with the Enrollment Services division. This position will work with the Enrollment Services communication team on all outreach and communications efforts, focusing on the online presence of Seton Hall's Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Work with Enrollment Services Communications on CRM management
-Monitor, update, and follow-up with followers on admissions social media sites
-Monitor, update, and follow-up with users on college web directories (Niche, Cappex, etc.)
-Search out web directories where Seton Hall's presence is absent, negative, or out-of-date
-Assist with management of publications inventory
-Assist with management of daily mailings
-Assist with management of marketing tools such as Unibuddy and the Ivy.ai chatbot
-Assist with graphic design, photography and video shoots to support marketing initiatives
-Assist with Admissions in-person and virtual events
-Develop and manage Social Media campaigns and assist with general postings
-Work all required admissions events, including Open Houses and Pirate Preview
-Other admissions and communication related duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA
-Enrolled at Seton Hall for at least 15 credits each semester
