Job Description
We're looking for a motivated individual to take on the role of Support Representative at Activehours. This is a great entry-level opportunity to join a startup early on and grow with the company. This role spans across customer support, operations, and product.
Qualifications
Specific responsibilities include:
* Expediting and troubleshooting customer transactions
* Engaging with customers through email and phone calls
* Identifying customer needs or problems and designing solutions
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment and solve problems independently
* Experience with Excel and ability to learn new computer systems
