DH Pace Company Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry Level Purchasing Admin to join our Purchasing Department in Coppell, TX. This administrative role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Contact vendors by phone and email to obtain pricing, product, and order information.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
  • Assist with processing purchase orders and tracking orders.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and other purchasing-related inquiries.
  • Support the purchasing team with general administrative duties.
  • Organize and maintain files, spreadsheets, and purchasing data.
