Compensation: W2 | Base + Commission + Bonuses

This role is designed for those who want to get their foot in the door of the business world. We don’t just offer a job; we offer a clear path into management. We provide 100% paid training, so while no prior sales experience is required, a high level of motivation is a must.

What You’ll Do (Entry-Level Training Provided)

  • Local Business Outreach: Meet face-to-face with business owners across Long Island to introduce our office supply catalog and services.

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify local businesses in need of better supply solutions and help them transition to our services.

  • Account Management: Learn to manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.

  • Professional Development: Participate in daily workshops focused on communication, sales psychology, and leadership.

  • Team Collaboration: Work within a high-energy team environment where individual effort is rewarded with collective success.
