The Assistant โ€“ Revenue Operations is an integral part of Lathamโ€™s Billing team. This role will be responsible for supporting Billing leadership in all aspects of the billing process, while processing Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) write-offs as appropriate. This role will be located in our Washington D.C. office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.  


Other key responsibilities include:

  • Applying Billed On Account balances as requested
  • Processing time/costs transfers and narrative edits to timecards as required
  • Liaising with Billing Coordinators to ensure all invoices are generated and queries are responded to in a timely manner
  • Managing shared mailbox to ensure that all queries and requests are addressed in a punctual manner
  • Assisting with data input into financial systems
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
