What You Will Be Doing
This is a field sales position.
Your main responsibility will be meeting with homeowners at homes that have already been identified as having major exterior or window related issues.
You will talk with homeowners, explain what PCS Renew does, discuss their options, and help them understand the solutions available to them.
You are not being hired to manage construction projects.
You are being hired to learn construction sales.
You will learn how to:
Talk with homeowners in the field
Identify exterior and window problems
Explain PCS Renew’s solutions
Build trust with homeowners
Follow a proven sales process
Set appointments and follow up
Help customers make informed decisions
Work with trainers and sales leaders
Build a pipeline of future customers
Create the habits that lead to long term income
This role is simple to understand, but it takes effort, consistency, and a willingness to learn.
