The ideal candidate is able to complete all stages of model creation - from blockout to implementation in the engine, is familiar with various pipelines and has a deep understanding of form, construction and materials.

Superpowers
you have are
  • Confident SubD modeling in Max / Maya;
  • Knowledge of CAD modeling;
  • Sculpt of the hard surface assers in Zbrush;
  • Confident level of skill in creating low-poly models and retopology, understanding the principles of modular systems, the ability to optimally distribute polygons on the asset;
  • Ability to create optimal UV mapping for various types of textures (tiles, rectangular, UDIM);
  • Ability to bake in several programs to solve problems encountered during baking;
  • Texturing in Substance Painter;
  • Basic knowledge of Substance Designer;
  • Understanding of the import and materials setting in the engines (UnrealEngine 4, Unity, Lumberyard etc);
  • Understanding of modern pipelines and requirements for creating realistic weapons and equipment;
  • Ability to follow and correctly interpret / improve the concept idea;
